Brilliant Landlords offers products and services to registered Landlords and Letting Agents through it’s On-Line Management System ( These services support the day to day activities of landlords and letting agents in relation to renting and managing residential property and can be seen promoted throughout this site and summarised here; Products & Services

Delivery of Services

Brilliant Landlords provides services to Landlords.  All of our services are delivered either by electronic means (downloads of documentation) or are appointment based such as Gas Certificates. Delivery of the service will be confirmed during the order process.  We do  not offer products which require the physical delivery of that service, i.e. products delivered by Post or by Courier.

Payment For Products & Services

Because your personal security is important to us, we use the services of an independent payment system operated by WorldPay – one of the Worlds largest payment gateways. Because we use Worldpay, Brilliant Landlords does not hold data on any of your credit card of debit card payment details.  All transactions are based in the UK and payment is taken in UK Pound Sterling.

Refund Policy

Our services are based on instant orders, for example, when you complete the form for Property Advertising and make payment, the advert immediately live to the selected portal, at that point, it cannot be cancelled. Another example is our Legal Service, once you select the specific service and download the relevant documentation it cannot be cancelled. All of our services are based on this principle and due to the nature of these services, we do not offer a refund on the products or services purchased from Brilliant Landlords, please be aware of this before you complete the purchase
